Brief
A website is more than just words and pictures. There is a lot that goes on in the background to give the site focus and target the right audience, so we start the ball rolling by defining a brief. We'll ask a few questions, you provide the answers, and we are then on the same page with regards to your strategy and objectives.
Initial Build
We do not charge anything to build your initial site. We want to provide you with our website service year on year for a fixed annual fee, and if we charged for the setup, the overall cost becomes unattractive to small businesses.
All the Bits and Pieces
We'll use whatever platform best provides the features you require, and buy the annual hosting package. We'll also buy the domain if you need one, and any email mailboxes you may require. Then, we'll set them all up to work together.
Change is Good
Things change, and so should your website. This keeps it current and fresh and is good for SEO, so we don't want to discourage you from making changes by charging to do so. We include up to one hour of our time per month to make your site changes, whether photos, events, blogs, news, or even a redesign, there are no extra costs for site updates.
