We take all of the individual prices for the components you require, and pass them on to you at cost price.  We then add on our service charge to give you your fixed annual fee.  Typically, that's the price of a domain, a hosting package, an email mailbox (if you need one) and then our charge.

In most cases we don't charge to build or set up your website. 

Often, website package providers will charge extra for making changes after the website goes live.  Our service charge gives you up to an hour of time per month to make changes, add content and keep on top of administration.  There are never any 'extra' charges during the course of the year.
