Updates to Wix Payments cross-border fees

Starting November 17, 2025, a new cross-border fee for card transactions (including Google and Apple Pay) will apply to anyone taking payments on their site via the Wix Payments app. This is in addition to their current card processing fees.

A cross-border transaction occurs when a card is issued in a country different from the one where your Wix Payments account is registered.

This new fee is standard across the industry, all other Wix Payments processing fees remain the same, and there will be no changes to your customers’ checkout experience.

This does not apply if you are taking payments on your website using other payment services such as Stripe or PayPal.
